Ordered an RSI Smartcap EVO Sport to Street Scene for my new Tacoma, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Hard to not give these guys a five-star rating. The entire experience was great. Quick phone response, easy to get an appointment, and a detailed estimate were just the tip of the iceberg. The follow-up was even better. They sent a text link that showed several inspection photos. I got a phone call advising me that, due to the condition of the trailer, some of the items on my estimate were not necessary. They lowered the bill by a few hundred dollars. Thanks, Ben and Jeff. I'll make sure to refer you every chance that I can.
